Erni Bridges has 13 years of solid recruiting experience, beginning in Europe where she worked for the federal government. In 1993 she joined the private sector in a recruiting position where she honed her recruiting and business skills. Before joining TMG, Erni spent four and a half years with Data Systems Analysts, Inc. She specializes in developing winning recruiting programs and the infrastructure necessary to meet strategic recruiting goals and objectives, as well as implementing processes and procedures that integrate her programs with management objectives.
