TMG’s Jane Ottenberg Honored as one of min’s 21 Most Intriguing People in Media

New York, NY (December 9, 2009) - Media Industry Newsletter (min), the authoritative source on media intelligence, news and the who's who of consumer and b-to-b media, honored Jane Ottenberg as one of the Top 21 Most Intriguing People in Media at a ceremony this morning in New York. According to min, The 21 Most Intriguing are the "magazine industry's most intriguing personalities who went above and beyond the clarion call of duty within the last year to create a lasting mark in their sphere of influence."

Jane, who was the only custom media executive honored, was joined by some of the industry's most prominent top level editors and executives, hailing from media institutions such as Bon Appetit, Essence, Seventeen and Time Inc. as well as advertising and brand oriented companies including Kraft and Polo Ralph Lauren.

"The amazing and talented people at TMG are the most intriguing people I know. In 2009 we took the beloved word magazine out of our name and became TMG. What's fascinating to me is that even though we have been immersed in digital for a decade, changing our name and website has transformed our culture and, even more, clients' and others' perception of us," said Jane Ottenberg. "That's great for our custom media company - yet magazines still work brilliantly. That's not relic talk. It's research talk. Magazines are still beloved."
